Guitar lesson videos are a great way to learn to play guitar, and they are very easy to find. Just go to You Tube and you will find hundreds if not thousands of free guitar lesson videos.
The problem with these free guitar video lessons is that they are put online by people who want to sell you their guitar course. Nothing wrong with that, why would anyone give you free guitar lessons, it is a lot of work to make them.
So if you keep on searching for free guitar lesson videos, you end up with a lot of different types of lessons, and you will possibly be able to learn something from those lessons, but in my opinion it is not the right way to go about if you want to learn to play guitar.
I think you are much better of purchasing a full guitar course, complete with video, audio etc. There are a lot of these types of guitar courses available, their very cheap, and most of them you can download the moment you paid for them, does not matter what day or what time it is.
Another good solid way to learn to play guitar is to get a membership to an online guitar school. There are a good few around that offer all kinds of guitar lesson videos in all sorts of guitar styles, classical, rock, country etc.

Each guitar lesson is filmed in high definition with multiple cameras. A membership for Jam Play cost $19.95, a little more expensive as Guitar tricks, but certainly worth it, if you are serious interested to learn to play guitar, or want to improve your guitar playing skills.
